Elizabeth Hunter used a portable etching press in her series of workshops with Douglas Arts Base. It printed small images up to A4 (I think) and everyone was very happy with the results.Some of the class are keen to continue.Continue

Congratulations to Glen Mackie and Teho Ropeyarn who have been short listed for the prestigious Telstra National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Award - Works on Paper section. Both artists entered vinylcut prints measuring close to 2 metres in length. Works will be on exhibition at Museum and Art Gallery of Northern Territory, Darwin, 9 Aug - 10 Nov 2013

Inkmasters Cairns Inc was founded in 2011 to further the interests of its members and the discipline of printmaking, through mounting regular exhibitions and participating in national and international print exchanges. Cairns is emerging as a printmaking centre of excellence and local members include both mainstream and indigenous printmakers.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open to printmakers and print lovers, collectors and supporters everywhere. Web only (associate) members have access to the webpage. Full (financial) membership offers all the benefits below:

- Entry to our national exhibitions at reduced price
